Repeat Prescriptions

REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS

Patients who are on regular medication do not always need to see a doctor to obtain a repeat prescription. 72 hours; 3 working days notice is required.

1. By written and fax request only. (Fax number: 01923 840 534) Telephone request for repeat prescrtipions are not accepted to avoid errors.
2. By a posted written request enclosing a stampled/self addressed envelope, which we will post back to you.
3. Prescriptions can be collected from Boots, Carters, Loomrose, Ross and Sharmans if indicated on the request.

Online Repeat Prescriptions

If you wish to take advantage of this system please forward your name, date of birth and address to the Practice Manager who will then contact you with registration details.  We request that you bring written consent for other family members if you are requesting on their behalf. You cannot access this system until you are given registration details from the Practice.

Once you have your unique pin number you must access the web site to create your individual account and password. Just click on the "Online Repeat Prescriptions" above where you can access the on-line system.
